Service Today, the Eastern Shore’s premier HVACR/Plumbing/Electrical/Pool & Spa installation and service company is looking for individuals to fill positions in our customer service division in Easton, Maryland.  Applicants must have exemplary Customer Service skills and must also possess exceptional computer and phone skills. Knowledge of Windows based programs is a must.  At least 3 years experience in over-the-phone customer service is necessary.  Applicants should also have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
