Returning from the beach - we heard the problem with the outside unit - this was Saturday - Labor Day weekend after 5 pm - I was so thrilled with the immediate return phone call and then showing up shortly, thereafter, as promised.
Dennis Hutson was terrific. He suggested an air cleaner for my system when he learned I have a lung disease. He also waiting during a power outage to complete the work today. He was very friendly and compassionate.
Ken & Steve called first thing in the morning and arrived right on time. They explained what they were going to do, put on protective booties, so our new rugs would be kept clean, and went about their business in a professional manner.
John Shockley introduced himself at the door, put on his protective booties, listened to what I told him about my heater and went right to work. He was here to do a yearly maintenance call.
